Information used by the platform
Account registration uses your name, email, phone number if provided and account credentials. The platform also records account activity, investment and withdrawal requests, transaction references, and technical information such as IP addresses and login activity.
Why it is used
This information supports account access, request processing, security, fraud prevention, customer support and transactional communications. It is not necessary to send passwords, private keys or wallet recovery phrases to support.
Transactional email records
Email notifications are stored in the database with recipient, subject, message content, delivery status and attempt history so delivery failures can be investigated and retried. Time-limited verification and recovery messages stop being retried after expiry. Access to delivery logs is restricted to administrators.
Service providers and retention
Email delivery uses the configured mail provider. Account and transaction records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for details about the providers and retention periods applicable to your account.
Market data and external content
TradingView supplies the crypto market screener and CoinGecko supplies currency logos. Loading these resources shares technical information, including your IP address, with the relevant provider. The market widget is isolated from your account forms. Our pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. These providers apply their own privacy notices.
