Is Evo Capital a bank?
No. Evo Capital is not a bank and investments are not bank deposits.
How do I create an account?
Provide your name, email and a strong password, then use the verification link sent to your email. You can request a new link if it expires.
How does the investment process work?
Choose a plan and amount, review the payment method and network, and submit your transfer details. Your request is saved as awaiting approval. Only a reviewed request can become an active investment.
Can I cancel or withdraw immediately?
Availability depends on the terms of the investment and the balance eligible for withdrawal. Requests are reviewed and are not a promise of immediate payment. Contact support if you need clarification.
What if a payment is still pending?
Keep your transaction reference and check your account for status changes. Do not send a second payment solely because the first has not been approved. Contact support with your reference.
What does UK incorporation mean?
It means the company is registered at Companies House. It does not mean an investment is approved, FCA authorised or protected by the FSCS.
How do I recover my password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A time-limited link will be sent if the email is eligible. We will never ask for your password by email.
